The
Equity Shares of the Company have been admitted
in National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL)
and Central Depository Services (India) Limited
(CDSL). The Shareholders who are holding equity
shares in physical form can demat their shares
in either of the two depositories through any
Depository Participant.

Over 72% of the outstanding shares have been dematerialized upto 14th October 2006. Trading of Equity Shares
of the Company is permitted only in dematerialized
form w.e.f. 29th November 1999. However small
investors could trade and settle in physical shares
not exceeding 500 equity shares in Limited Physical
Market Segment of the Stock Exchanges.
