In tune with its vision to provide higher levels of empowerment and responsibilities, and to instill an entrepreneurial outlook, TPL has restructured its organization on the lines of strategic business units identifiable as profit centers. The new structure is also expected to bring about accountability besides providing scope for human capital development.

 

At the basic level TPL's welfare measures take care of the needs of Food, Shelter and Clothing, by providing family housing, sumptuous food at a high-class canteen, and a dress code that unites the team. Beyond that, complete medical attention to the dependents and the employees family, education for the children, opportunities to participate and relish varied cultural programmes and annual celebrations, dedicated health care attention, personalized employee safety in the work environment are some of the things that TPL has done to make the employee a part of the TPL family.
